

It is the way I am working out if I should stay with it. So that is the reason if you read my comments on this I am pretty pro Teamviewer. I am also trying to convince myself to still stick with it by posting what I see as positives. But I think I make some valid points on Teamviewer still being a good option and right now the best I found. They now have Servicecamp a Helpdesk with ticketing Included in Premium and Enterprise along with the Mobile, have not tried it but have wanted to implement a Helpdesk/Ticketing.ĮDIT: if you read my replies and no one has brought this up yet but I have NO connection to teamviewer. My only problem is that they don't offer Mobile control on ALL Subscriptions. Special Offer to existing customers is not bad.

As title says, outright purchase is done.
